Tried their booth at the Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic in November. Both Tom and I were quite impressed. Definitely will give it a couple tries.

They are located in a couple places I travel to. Unfortunately Mexican has to be dumbed down a lot for me with a craptastic allergy but friends have been less than whelmed. Of course one was ragging since they claimed authentic Mexican that was elevated and it was far from it (both not close to authentic or elevated). Hope it is better than the ones we've been to.

That does look good. Living in California, Mexican is not high on our list at Disney, but the mood does strike, and this looks very good.

Most like a pass for us. We tend to prefer TexMex, and there are an abundance of choices locally for that. I look forward to reading some reviews, but will probably still be a “no”.

I'm a big TexMex fan, too, and even though we are in Minnesota, there are LOTS of little places that are just families that moved up here from Texas or Mexico to work in the fields and stuff. I'm still interested in this new restaurant, though  |

We have not been to one of their other locations, but we did get a chance to sample some of their food at the Swan & Dolphin Food and Wine Classic. We all felt it was one of the best booths for the event. I am looking forward to trying this restaurant on a future trip.....maybe over Christmas.
On a related note, Restaurants over at Swan & Dolphin don't get a lot of buzz on WDW sites. But they have a nice collection of very good restaurants and you can use open table to make a reservation.

Wonder if they will offer DVC Members a 20% discount like many of the other Swolphin restaurants do? That would make it a "Must Try" for us for sure!

Swalphin definitely has some great dining options. Part of why I won't be upset if it isn't for me there. They have excellent options. |
