I use to work from Disney every trip. My brother does it now. Only things you need are a laptop, a desk of s some sort and a few hours every day. It's amazing how much you finish when your deadline is getting to go on Space Mountain.
I will say the one that suffered was my sleep. I often did too much and by Day 4 or 5 I was very cranky. That's why I started implementing my "4th day off" policy.
