I know this may not seem like a big deal, but believe me, it's a big deal. I've been to the one at WDW and I've always wondered why don't they have one at D/L? 13 years later, VIOLA!  |

Now that this is opening, I guess we don't have to worry anymore that the WDW lounge will close anytime soon!

Now that this is opening, I guess we don't have to worry anymore that the WDW lounge will close anytime soon! I would hope so. I've been to the Lounge at WDW and was always wondering why they haven't opened one up at Disneyland. DVC came to D/L in 2010 and not sure why a Lounge wasn't created around the same time. Has the DVC Lounge at WDW been opened a long time? I went there in 2018 and was so glad to check it out. From what I read of the one here in Anaheim is that it seems they're only serving drinks. Not sure on snacks. But either way, it's kind of nice to see a place for DVC Members in the park. Will probably spark up more people to join DVC because there's also the Villas at Disneyland Hotel that is (hopefully) available in 2024. |

Thank you! I have it set up on my iPhone and Apple Watch now. Which is good since I’m not sure how to add it to my Disneyland app.

Kind of short sighted of them but it is what it is. I’m sure high tech will come to California one day, but that day is not today! You do need to use the DL app to get into the park or enter virtual queues or buy most fast food or get on a waitlist for a restaurant. While the problems at DL last week was capped off by the dragon on fire, I read that earlier in the week, the turnstiles lost connectivity and guests could not enter the park until it was fixed. I understand that the problem lasted less than an hour but was enough to create a sea of bodies in the esplanade as the lines for CA crashed into the lines for DL. |

I was speaking with a DL ticket rep yesterday (problems with adding a ticket to my account). She spoke with those in the know and it was confirmed that you need the WDW app to get access to the DVC lounge at Disneyland.
