For member who will purchase an Annual pass on April 13th, will you call or purchase online. Not sure if long wait time or Disney’s IT concern me more.

I don't know. I'm waiting to be told how I can do it. I'll probably be doing both. I'll try online first and is that crashes I'll call. It really depends on when online sales open. I'm thinking maybe 7:00 a.m.

Definitely online. I don't call unless I have no other choice. Now if online crashes and burns, I'll be on the phone.

I thought you had to use the ticket and then go to Member Services to bridge it? My next trip is in June. I was going to try to bridge the park hopper I bought for that trip. It would be great if I could bridge it now.

It would be great if I could bridge it now. I called MS on the day the email was sent out to ask about bridging and the MS CM told me they could do it over the phone. We shall see if this is accurate information.

It would be great if I could bridge it now. They state that they will be able to. In the past it was hit or miss - more miss than hit and required an in person upgrade. So hopefully yes.

I am going to buy an AP for my daughter (she will not qualify for the Sorcerer's Pass, so I will have to do the Incredi-Pass for her)....my plan is to try to do it online, as early as possible on 4/13, but since the AP is for someone else, but I'm paying for it, I'm not 100% confident that I'll be able to figure it out....so I may wind up having to call. I am expecting a "painful" wait and am scheduling my paid work (and other obligations for the day) accordingly....

What I'm seeing posted on the DISboards is only the Sorcerer Pass will be available on the 13th. Does she have her own MDE account? If she does, log on to her account to do the purchase and enter your CC information for payment. If you manage her profile in your MDE account, when you go to purchase the pass, make sure you assign it to her profile.
