We've done this before @ guest relations (coincidentally, we were staying at BCV then as well - an easy walk over to activate).
This time, however, we have 2 of the 3 people who's DL still has the old address (we moved to a new house within the last year). Is this going to cause a problem for us? Both expire next year, so we might just go get them renewed & updated to solve the problem if it's going to be an issue. We should have plenty of time to get the new cards in the mail. One of the 2 people is me - I could bring another document showing my name and the new address, but the other is my 17yo son, who would have nothing but my word that he lives with us.

Your son does not need ID since under 18. If your name is on the contract I think you should be fine. Addresses only matter when it's an adult who isn't on the deed and not a member who is trying to prove same household.
