We are at Jazz Fest in New Orleans for the past 10 days 10 days, New Orleans, an outdoor festival....I'm immediately thinking, "I bet there was some really fun food to be had" There definitely is. Although we're limiting eating out to a few local restaurants, some things at the festival and things at places around town. Mostly cooking for ourselves- breakfast every day and the majority of dinners.
Eating NoLA food for 11 days would require us each to buy a second seat on the flight home 
We come every year (although not usually for this long) and sample a little bit each time.
