We're staying at Pop Century for a few nights in a few weeks, AP discount standard view is $188 plus tax.
Around 2009-10 we stayed at POP in late July for $64/night with the AP discount.

I recall a $99 per night special at Pop Century. That’s the lowest I can remember.

In 2004 We booked a week at shades of Green for $79 per night. Then they announced they were closing SOG for the big remodel and moving all guests to Disney resorts. We picked NGW at Contemporary resort.
Most recently, I booked Drury LBv for Thanksgiving 2022 and because the grand opening was delayed, I moved to New Years week for $79 per night.
I also remember staying at all stars back in 2008 with free dining, when tax, gratuity were included. I think we stayed 3 or 4 nights for $450.

Just after 9/11, WDW resorts struggled. In 2002, I was able to stay at POFQ for $75/night. In 2004 and 2006, stayed in CR (garden wing) and WL for $170/night and 205/night* (respectively).
* "Free" dining

$125 at Contemporary in 1995. Reduced price for a seminar that I was attending. Had a great time, just me and my wife. Spent all of our evenings at Epcot.

We went late Sept to ASMovies I think. Could have been ASSp after 9/11 when nobody was going and I snagged it for $49 a night. Airfare was lower if I remember correctly maybe $29 a person each way. We had AP’s and the whole long weekend trip for four was less than $1000 including airfare, airport transportation, hotel, food and souvenirs. And my boys are a lot back then. We had Crystal Palace for dinner one night and counter service the rest of the time.

We’ve paid $89 for CBR too. I think our best deal was a package at AKL, for a family of four, 6 nights/7 days resort room, 7 day Park Hoppers, free dining (when it included an appetizer and dessert) and a beautiful framed painting that include pins throughout it. All for $1,600. The good old days.

$99/night Grand Floridian - 1992 Shareholder special. We owned 1 share of Disney Stock that my husband had bought me for my birthday.
Over the years it has turned into 20 shares, but sadly the shareholder discounts are long gone!

$42/night at POP (using a AAA discount) in Jan 2002 $99/night at WL (using a discount advertised in the local newspaper) in Aug 2004. This one turned out to be Hurricane Frances - my first hurricane at WDW
