It was a beautiful sight with only two left! I cannot wait to see it with NONE!!! Yes, it was! We were there the end of April and only 2 barges were left. It didn't take the long to get rid of them.  |

I took so many beautiful photos of WS and from WS that having these really made me very grumpy. I am not one who says everything has to stay the same, but this was so much and destroyed such views that brought back great memories. It really did detract for me unfortunately - and I know that makes me sound snobby but it did. |

The star gate, the tacos, and the Barges are gone. We were there this weekend. They still have one crane that we saw off to the side by Africa and the “drawbridge”.
it is so nice to be able to see across the water.

Well that was fast. We have only been home a week and there were 2 barges still in the lake when we left.
See? Disney can move quickly if they want to.

Saw the new show "Epcot Forever" a couple of days ago from a great full-view location in Morocco and it was great. Homage to the past with a bit of 'Food Rocks," original Imagination and Walt (actually didn't sound like him, hut it was his words). Enjoyed this a lot. Fairly short at 12 minutes, but nice.

What you saw is actually the “interim” show that started in 2019 before Harmonious. It will eventually be replaced by another show which we don’t yet know much about. But glad you enjoyed! |

Poly bungalows next....worst things ever.🧐 Not if you ever stayed in them🙂. Though I would stay ant the Poly prior to DVC and then use DVC points to be in the Hawaii concierge building. I don’t think I would spend the extra money or points, now. The lounge is great but we always stayed ground floor to have the patio vs the non balcony on the upper floors. The beautiful view is gone as now your view is of the bungalows. That I get but as far as the bungalows, they are an experience. Better in person than in pictures. Tons of points, yes but if one can manage it. Highly recommend to do at least once. |

Harmonious was horrible. I never thought I would be one to keep walking to exit the park during fireworks but I did just that. I never saw the interim after my beloved Illuminations. I was there but not at Epcot during the fireworks time. hopefully what ever the real replacement is, will be at least enjoyable to watch. whoever or what team came up with those ugly barges and a bad musically coordinated fireworks show….. well maybe they were some of the layoffs, because they should be. |
