I thought I'd warn drivers about the work going on for those that travel I-75, then the Turnpike followed by 429. This is the way we travel to the World. The Turnpike in the Clermont/Minneola area is a real mess right now. There are nightly closures too. I saw one near 429 as well. It's Southbound on our route. It looks like they are doing overpass work on maybe 429 that would crush cars on the Turnpike if something sideways.
Parts of 429 are a bit dicey too where we get off the Turnpike (267A), but the last time I thought they had improved a bit more.
I thought I'd mention it so people could check out online where the problem areas are. Much of the work is done at night, but some people like to travel late or early and there are multiple signs around that different areas are closed from 10 pm - 6 am. There are alternate routes, but in the dark that wouldn't be much fun I don't imagine.
I am not sure the best place to find this information. Maybe a fellow Floridian can post where to find these details.
