My family (myself, wife, and two teenage daughters) will be heading to WDW on July 8 for a two week stay. I was reading the pin trading thread the other day and somebody posted about how their group did a contest to fill a lanyard with themed pins. It got me thinking about what other activities there might be, either created by Disney or not. We'll be purchasing genie+ for 4 or 5 park days so we'll have plenty of time to do other things. We'll be staying at Boulder Ridge and Riviera. I know at Riviera my kids are excited to do the skyliner scavenger hunt and some sort of artwork search around the resort. We've done the pirate thing at MK and my kids did the bounty hunter at Hollywood with the magic bands+ recently. Any ideas would be appreciated!

There is a scavenger hunt at Boulder Ridge as well. I recall doing it when my kids were very little.

I think the Riviera Art Scavenger Hunt is offered at the DVC Guest Desk in the lobby. Also seem to recall most of the resorts have their own scavenger hunts. I would check the Art of Animation and POP . Also making those tie dye shirts at POP Century ! They make it so fun and easy . You won’t believe that making these can be so mess free ! But they do charge a fee for this craft but it’s very reasonable . Mess free but not free free …

Riviera also has a very nice Childrens Activity Center located on their ground level . I love the Arts they offer. The castmembers are excellent . I also like the Childrens Activities at the Contemporary.

At Epcot, they have the Kidcot stops in all the countries. They also have the Duck Tales adventure on the Play Disney app. At Animal Kingdom, the Wilderness Explorer activities and the drawing lesson at Conservation Station are fun. There is also the Pirate adventure (can't remember what it's called) at Magic Kingdom. It used to end with a Fast Pass to the Pirate's ride, but that is long gone. They still get a little collector card to keep, and there are a few different adventures, so you can do one and come back another day and do a different one. The best part about all these activities? They're free!
