Geez, am I glad we no longer do many ADRs - sometimes none. We do, at most, one. Then we wing the rest of it. It was never worth it to us to do that many formal dinners, even when they were readily available. Too much food. And if we really eat the way we like, the whole ADR and reservation rigamarole is a waste of time.

I saw people saying this a few days ago too.
They couldn’t get anything beyond 6-7 days until yesterday when they loaded ADRs up to the 10th. Seems like they are only loading them for 7 days, which is annoying as heck for those guests with longer stays.
Keep checking back, &/or use one of the free dining reservation finders. Good luck!

Ugh, can't even get whispering canyon for breakfast but dinner is available. I was able to get our first 2 days done.

Just go with the flow. Things open up all the time even when you are there. I will say that having to cancel or your CC will be charged a fee has helped with things opening up. During stays.
I guess you are a planner, I have no idea where I want to be sitting eating 60 days out, lol. So I just roll with it. There are many selections so we just make it work.

Awe, I get that now. Just keep checking and again things open up but I realize with a first trip for a 8 yr old you would rather have things lined up.

Only one sit down a day, only exception is Epcot where everyone wants to try Space 220 lounge and go to Biergarden. I'm passing on both his trip. Too any other foods at the booths during food and wine.

Doesn't that take a large portion of you day? Not the original poster of course but I’ll answer as someone who does this often. Yes it does take a decent portion of the day. Yes I’d much prefer to be in air conditioning while dining and drinking and people watching and enjoying the atmosphere. That’s how I do Disney and have enjoyed it for most of my life. Works for me. For the past several years I make most of my reservations the night before without issue so fortunately no problems there, either. Plus it’s often only me and of course I live here now. 8 yr old gs first trip, trying to make it magical. It will be regardless. But keep checking and stuff will show up for sure. |

I noticed when trying to make a few it would display limited availability when using the lunch or dinner selection. When selecting a time more options displayed.

I'm with Brian! "That’s how I do Disney and have enjoyed it for most of my life."
I've been going since 1983 and so the rides aren't as important.
Unpopular opinion: I hate eating outside on top of the trash cans when you can't find a table! I'd rather book an ADR and sit in comfort.
