dining and drinking and people watching and enjoying the atmosphere. This is a big part of every trip for us, also. Not fine dining, though - very happy with things like Liberty Tree and we spend lots of time at places like Cosmic Ray's and the new Electric Umbrella. |

We're there 8 days doing 4 sit downs and Space 220 for a snack. I may add Whispering Canyon for breakfast on the moonlight magic day before pool time.

I have found it impossible to get Space 220 for the lounge. Even the prix fixe menu for the regular restaurant was booked, Lounge even harder. We did bar walk-up as our only option.

We are all booked except for Tusker House. Need a character dine for the gs. I wanted a 10:30 breakfast/lunch but everyone else wants dinner. Rookies

We got what we want for our upcoming trip--Flying Fish, California Grill, Skipper Canteen and Jaleo. Still working on getting a better Skipper Canteen time, as our current 5:15 is a little early for us.

Back when the DDP was new and we had kids, we did spend a lot of time eating. I tend to forget about young kids and how they always want to know when their next meal is coming. Now it is mainly just us and I don't see us spending any significant time at Disney with young. It's too hard for them even when we're paying the way - flight, room, food - so 'uncle'. If the May 2024 trip pans out we've invited BIL/SIL and I just said to DH last night we need to tell them we'll be eating our meals at the Villa because they'll book ADRs for every day.
DH has a big problem with 'plans'. We're at the point now where our park days are basically Baseline and RnC. I moved our October F&W from BC (because I couldn't get all my days = poor planning strategy) to SSR and I know he's already planning on camping at RR, Boathouse, TRex and Rainforest. I did WL the entire stay for BC. Well see....

On the space 220 lounge - I was able to get one and somehow it got changed to dinner which I did not want because of the high pricing and committed choice. Called customer service and they could not correct, so she offered to put a note.

So it looks like some dining options are not loading at 60 plus 10. I was able to get all the reservations everyone wanted.
