I'll be at WDW for two weeks between the Flower and Garden and Food and Wine festivals at Epcot. Are any of the booths open during this time?

I thought that the time between festivals at Epcot was down to about 20 minutes,

Festival of the Empty Booths will be the next festival.
I can't recall the last time I was in Epcot that wasn't a festival. F&W, F&G, Arts, Holidays.
