I have family members (non DVC, no AP) visiting in Sept, so they will buy standard tickets. Will they have to make reservations?

Yes. The reservations are here until next year, they end in January.

Having to make reservations ends on January 09, 2024. Our vacation at WDW begins on January 06, 2024 so we will have to have reservations on the 6th, 7th, and 8th. But will we also have to have reservations on the 9th, 10th, etc. ?

If they are date based tickets (ones you had to select a start date for), then you probably don't need park reservations starting the 9th. If APs or any other non-date based ticket, reservations are still required. |

As I posted previously, if they are date based tickets (ones you have to select a start date for), then you will likely only need park reservations through the 8th. Starting 1/9, you should be able to enter without a reservation. BUT, until 1/9 there's no real way to know for sure if it's going to work or not. |

Parks are not overly crowded now so it is easy to change reservations, unlike last year.
