I posted this on Mouseowners as well. I have been having problems getting to the new site. I often get to the Orlando Magic site when I try. Doing something wrong. disneyparks.disney.go.com/blog/Info about recent change info. Also many comments added from folks suggesting bringing back Annual Passes. When I figure out how to add a comment mine will be added. Let my AP (and extended family’s) go during Covid. Think all MO who want APs back should add their thoughts as well. |

Hey, here's some good news:
"Beginning in the next few months, Walt Disney World Annual Passholders will be able to visit the theme parks after 2 p.m. without needing a park reservation, except on Saturdays and Sundays at Magic Kingdom Park."
Of course I don't have AP but maybe someday.

Neat. With new perks hitting the floor, maybe new pass sales will come back cuz adding a perk to something not for sale isn't all that exciting. :-)
Starting March 20, Passholders will also receive access to Disney PhotoPass lenses
I thought we already had PhotoPass. IIRC that was an add-on you bought with your Sorcerer Pass. Is that no longer a thing and you just get PhotoPass with a Sorcerer Pass?

All the new "perks" are specific to the current AP holding population. It's both frustrating and disappointing to be in the DVC member subgroup that wasn't able to renew and now waiting for new AP purchases to open with the DVC discount not even knowing IF they will ever come back. |

There isn’t a DVC discount anymore. Since they are still allowing renewals and those don’t have a discount, I think there’s virtually zero chance they have a DVC discount when sales of new APs resume. More importantly perhaps, it also seems likely that when sales of APs do resume, that it will be for a limited time. |

And I suspect there are many DVC members who are still not aware of that. If i recall correctly Florida residents also lost that discount. They really did upset a lot of people with the crap they pulled. I am grateful we can do the passes we can. You are right though some may not know though at this point, we've hit only renewals for people more likely since no new passes have been sold for a very long time. |
