Hi PEEPS !  8-) (The Original Mouseowners posters who stared the ROFT support Group called themselves PEEPS) This site is to help anyone who has a question about DVC, or anything Disney  There is a lot of knowledgeable people on this Forum who are very helpful.

I don't know what mouseowners was using, but this system looks very similar, which makes it feel a bit like home -- and that's great! However, it also seems to have some new features that might have been on the wish list before, so that, I think will be a welcome upgrade!
Looking forward to being here every day. I can just type "m" in the URL bar on any computer I use, and go straight to mouseowners. Whatever letter works here will also be that easy I'm sure!

Also Thank you for all theses people for forming MagicOwners. Please Peeps give credit to the people who started MagicOwners. As you can tell I don’t know who all was involved getting MagicOwners started. I received my MagicOwners invite email from Elaine. So Thank you Elaine (aka helenabear) Indy I’ll be working on my Signature …. But NFL is on, so it will take me awhile Karl |

On MouseOwners when you would edit a post, there was a line across the bottom where you could insert a reason for editing. Karl and I called it our secret group. Seldom would anyone else see or comment on it. Clearly, it wasn't a secret, it's just that most never noticed it. I'll show you on MouseOwners...... |

Hi Dan, Yes when I edited my post I was able to give reason why, but it didn’t show up … Ha ha Elaine. The secret club/area is what we called the place when you edited your post it asked for reasons for editing. So we would write in the area of reason for editing and it would show up at the bottom of our post, and since many people didn’t look down there, we could post silly responses knowing only a few Peeps would read it . ……. "Knee deep in the hoopla" Speaking of the "reason for editing" (which I never did because...I dunno, usually I re-read what I just typed and saw a mistake or wanted to add something) this guy back in the day when he owed somebody money and he ended up writing them a check because he didn't want to use the cash machine...in the "note" part of the check he would write "drug money" or "hookers" or things like that. |

Just realized this is the "ROFR chatty thread". I am no expert, but I believe in the future we will have to have two threads, one for rofr and one for chatty. Most of the actual ROFR stuff was in the ROFR thread. The one where potential buyers post information about the contract they want to bu6. This group actually started on another chat board by a group of folks who were waiting to find out if the passed ROFR or not. They became internet friends and eventually some of them were banned for various infractions and migrated to Mouseowners. The group grew, and lost a few….. My Sweetie and I have met many and have cultivated real actual friendships from this group. |
