To all of you sports enthusiasts, my beloved Baltimore Orioles are currently in first place, with crucial home stands coming up. In particular, we host the Tampa Bay Rays Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. They are three games behind us, gunning for the division win. I will be there Sunday and will try and take some video while at the game. In case you have not seen my FB photo, I will share. The last game I went to was also against TB, but sadly we were not the team we are now. As I like to say, and a common Baltimore area quote, “ How bout dem O’s hon. Ain’t the beer 🍺 cold!!”  |

Good Luck. Is the background showing the Rays are up? Yes that was the score. On another note, Cedric Mullins hit a grand slam to put the Orioles up last night then the home runs kept coming. If you can, watch the Orioles play Tampa Bay this week. Camden Yards will be rockin!!! |

Long time O's fan.....Baltimore Born and raised. I still have my autographed Brooks baseball from when I was in clinic (t-ball today), when a few Orioles came to our local opening day ceremonies in Overlea.
I was listening to the game, as I was working in the basement on my Halloween decor. I had to run upstairs and share my excitement of that Grand Slam! The O's are looking good and have such a talented young core. Gunnar will be Rookie of the Year. Next year we will have Holliday and Cowser join the team. We could have a magical 4-5 year run with this core roster.

Love the Orioles! I lived in Laurel for a few years fresh out of grad school and became a fan because at the time Ripken was nearing breaking the record for consecutive games played (and then broke it, ofc!). I've also adopted the Red Sox (DH from near Boston is a diehard, lifelong fan) and the Astros (we lived in Houston for a few years), but the O's are my first baseball love and Camden Yards is a great stadium.
