Need to buy tickets for DS,DDiL and DGS for our November trip. Will be purchasing 5day park hoppers. The rest of the family has APs so have no experience using UT and have always purchased disectly from Disney.
Savings by using UT is a little over $100. Has anyone had problems purchased from them? Any problems linking to MDE? Do I show him as lead guest when ordering tickets and just provide my credit card information for payment?
Experiences appreciated.

Hello NCStateTigger!
I bought tickets from UT awhile ago and had no issues.
I also just bought park hopper passes from UT for our son and his family for our trip in December. My husband and I have AP's but the family needed tickets. When checking out they will ask for information on who the ticket is for and the e-tickets they send will have their names. I loaded these into MDE with no problems and then made our park reservations, It was all smooth and easy. We purchased less days for our DS and DDIL than the grandkids because we wanted some days with them on our own. Since we are still making plans I was concerned we might need to change the start dates on the tickets for DS and DDIL. Once I had loaded the tickets in MDE I called WDW to see if such a change will be possible, The cast member took a look at the tickets online and said we would be able to change the start date. He also said we can reassign the tickets to someone else before actually starting to use them. So it seems they are like any other ticket purchase. Hope this helps. Have a wonderful trip!

We have used UT several times with no issue. In all of our cases, we have bought the tickets at a discount from Disney price and bridged to APs and saved the difference. In some cases, the CS personnel weren't aware of the procedure, but we always got it to work.
Regular tickets for use as such should be a piece of cake.
Cheers.

Used UT in the past and they were very easy to work with. I had to make changes to my trip which meant changing park reservations and days. They do allow refunds/exchanges, but only after you purchase the replacement tickets and then they will refund your original tickets.

We have always used Undercover Tourist for WDW tickets. Never had an issue, never heard of an issue.
They only time we have found cheaper is through Military discount, which we do not qualify.

To reiterate basically what everyone else is saying. We always use to buy direct from Disney, started using UT some years back. Never an issue, they have very good CS if you have any questions or changes.

Another rave review of UT. I always use them for family tickets. Never, ever a problem. Customer service is also great to deal with.

We just took advantage of a deal they were running that got us adult 10-day park hopper at children pricing that saved us almost $80. UT always seems to have some kind of savings but every once in a while they toss out a real deal...

I can only echo what others have already said: been using for over a decade and have never had an issue.

UT used to mail plastic cards. Now they only sell E-Tickets. I called to confirm and 'tis true. That was always nice to get a card since it works at touchpoints. Now what-- you have to visit GS to get a card? Will hotels give you a gray band for free? What are ppl doing when you bring a friend? AAA seems to be the same. E-Ticket only. And about the same price as UT, except for the $5 promo right now. Can we not get a mailed card any more?

Can we not get a mailed card any more? Not that I know of. And a good move, IMO. Many who might not need the plastic would get it anyway. Now, those who need plastic have an easy way to get it onsite, but the bulk of tickets involve no plastic.
Cheers.

We would always do the e ticket and then link it to a magicband. If your party doesn’t have a mb, I’d go to Guest Services to get the plastic card.
