Testing on the font. While typing a reply, font was tiny but when posted, font was much better. I see it tiny on my subject right now too. Will see how it posts. - I apologize in advance if I double post, ask too many questions, mess up replies, etc. A little technically challenged here

I double checked quickly and fonts are normal sized in the style sheet. What are you using to post? Also, do you see it tiny when you hit preview?

Then under settings and scroll down to posting default, click on preview. My gut says its a browser setting on your end. (Click on pics to be bigger)

I found the same thing as Anna.
If I’m quoting a post the font size is fine. If I just use the reply box the font size is so tiny I can barely read it. Again, once posted it’s fine. I don’t see a preview button to click.
I’ll play with my settings and see if it makes a difference.

nickys I found if I click in the upper right corner REPLY instead of just writing in the reply field and submitting [button on lower left], a familiar keyboard comes up to change the font Edit Note: Looks like it has to be done for every post. I just responded in another thread but the font settings do not follow over to the above note.

Thanks for that. I’m trying it out.
Hence the change.

All my fonts have become bold (except for this reply) in all existing stuff. Seems to have just happened. Now, after posting, this reply is bold as well.
Cheers.

I sure didn't change it myself.... I was on a couple hours ago but not recently and it looked normal then. Eek... all fixable.

OK, and then something more esoteric that may well be related. This is Firefox-specific, but I really do think it is part of the same thing.
In Firefox, when I hit <ctrl>-b it normally brings up a bookmarks dialog rather than Bold. There is a config setting (dom.keyboardevent.keypress.hack.dispatch_non_printable_keys.addl) that lets me override this. I use this for MO, TUG, and I had set this for dvcowners. And it was working as of yesterday. With this font change, that config setting is no longer working. So I really do think that this is all related.
Cheers.

it was a font change that I am undoing. It should *mostly* be back to normal. I missed a couple but will be looking at the actual code so I can find the bad fonts.

Thanks. The front seems back to normal now. The shortcut behavior is still changed since yesterday, so not sure what's up with how those are now getting intercepted, but that's definitely a more nuanced behavior.
Cheers.

Admittedly I do not use Firefox any longer to even be able to test on my end. Hopefully, the fonts are better for all though.

Testing again, hitting reply on the right - looks good (Have not touched anything on my end after reading reply/replies) Smileys look better too - they were really tiny last time. Wether or not, anything was done on your end - okay right now - thank you in advance for your patience. This must be keeping you busy

I have some big meetings today for our Fall Production but wanted to fix this for all. Sometimes it is the internal bits for web browsers that cause forums to look weirder. I haven' fixt it all yet, but getting closer I think. Still haven't added all the smileys I want to.
