Trying to add a night in July using my April 24 use year - but the online system keeps putting me into 2023 and directing me to borrow points from 2025 and is skipping 2024 which has points:( has this happened to anyone else? tried calling but 20-minute wait time.

What do you mean by “the system keeps putting me into 2023”? Do you have more than one contract? If so, check that you have the right contract selected, ie: the one with 2024 points available. |

Mine was fine this morning. What do you see on your dashboard with points available? I got lucky and no wait right at 9 when I called to finish my crossing UY reservation.

I think I know what you are talking about .
DVC is just showing you what you have available and it does look like it is going to not use the current available Use year and points .
It seems like it is going to bank or borrow . It freaks me out everytime . I think the next step is correct and then you confirm.
Just remeber, you can always have the System go back to original 3 year dashboard as long as you do not accept the new confirmation by not leaving that page.
If you do leave the page , it will be permanent .
I have been a member since 2001 and still get confused .

Did you get it taken care of? Admittedly I don't even pay attention to most of it unless it actually gives me a window that pops up saying I need X many more points where do I want them to come from? I hope everything worked out for you in the end. |
