In November we are planning an extended family trip for 6 days. My “normal” group to WDW is myself (74) and DD (37), DSiL (39) and their daughters 12 & 8 My DH is not a Disney lover and seldom travels with us. He did go when our children we young. However as he has gotten older and things at Disney have changed, he has traveled less and less. My DS (35) went to Disney with the family as a child and a teen. After college and getting married, I’m not sure when his last trip was. I once suggested a Disney trip when his oldest son was about 18 months and my daughter in law’s remark was “ I can’t think of anything worse than going to Disney with a one year old”. They now have 2 boys ages 5 & 2 at time of the November trip.
In addition, my step-son (44), his wife (38) and their 5 year old son will be joining us. They haven’t been to WDW for at least 10 years.
My older brother and his wife (they live in FL) often meet my “regular” group at Disney and we all do great together (7 of us). His son, wife and 3 kids under 5 may come for a few days.
My younger brother and wife (live in FL part time) May join us for a few days.
So——we will have at least 13 probably 15 the entire trip and possibly 17 or 22.
My “13” will be at Boulder Ridge in a 2bedroom villa and 2 additional studios. Older brother and son’s family probably off site. Younger brother will be at Fort Wilderness.
Any suggestion on dining for us?? Can 15 be accommodated at TS restaurants—Steakhouse 71 is our new favorite, Trails End, Whispering Canyon, 50s Prime Time?
I know there will be at least part of days or parts of days that the group will break up, but would really like to be able to have a few meals as a group or as much of the group as possible.
Any help or experiences you have will be greatly appreciated.

Biergarten has huge tables. They will seat different parties at the same table. While I don’t care for that, it would be a perfect size table for your large party.

There used to be a special dining number you could call to help with groups of 10 or more.
I think at most places you would need to book multiple tables. There are ways to do that, either yourself or via the phone. Be aware though that to make changes, like cancelling one table, you would need to call. That would be my preference rather than try and coordinate 3 people booking a table for a similar time.
I saw some tables of 7 or 8 at Steakhouse 71. Prime Time had one table that I saw of more than 6. Via Napoli would be fine too, they have some huge tables.
I would 100% call. The CMs should be able to see if there is enough availability for the whole party, whereas you won’t be able to.
