My guide is awesome.

 We are trying to take a big family trip next year.  With most of the same group that went the very first time I went to WDW 8 years ago.  The 8 years have been tough on the grandparents, and they need all the safety things in the bathroom now.  But none of the blurbs for accessible rooms specify they have grab bars in the showers!  I bothered my guide about it, because if he could figure it out then I wouldn’t have to ask someone here who happens to be going to Riviera to check.  Anyway, a little bit of back and forth and he told me he called the front desk and got confirmation that they do actually have grab bars in the showers for the rooms we’re looking at.  

Anyway.  Now I have to figure out how to tell Disney that he’s going above and beyond.
