What is this "fax" thing?? You know, that thing you send and they send a confirmation on your pager.
Cheers.

I saw they were updated earlier but for some reason all links weren't working. Forgot to check.
Oddly enough WL allowed for email prior. Even in pre covid
I know I did grocery orders for Spring Break this past year and some other times but they were all faxed. So silly.

For last December DH paid a couple of pounds for a digital fax app, just so we could fax in the order form! Really dumb to be so outdated.

We were able to send in via free digital fax but so stupid it was so outdated. Not sure why WL could do it in 2018 but not the others.

For the people who have used this service, when are the groceries received? We're thinking of doing this for the treehouses versus Garden Grocer.

Has anyone done an overall price comparison with another delivery service like Instacart? We have used Instacart several times and really like their prices.

With the 20% off and even the $10 fee (though really I equate that to a tip) it was a wash between Instacart, Amazon Fresh, and Disney for our items. The fact that they put away the fridge and frozen items and everything else nicely laid on the counter, we have decided for us and what we buy it's not a bad deal. Particularly in SSR when I needed some water and didn't want to lug it. I'd suggest pricing out what you need. For simple basics it worked in our favor but we tend to not buy store brand for some things which made it more comparable (like cereal)

Glad to see they still have this:
Cookies ‐ Entenmann's Chocolate Chip
I was so happy when I saw these in 2012. They stopped distributing them in CA in the 1990s/early 2000s...

My experience with Instacart last December caused frustration and tears. Never again. Basically without a US phone number I couldn’t get the order to go through. Even though the website and the app had an option to use an email address instead, it still refused to accept the order without a valid US phone number. Even after calling them, the best the person on the phone could suggest was “well it should be possible”. In the end DH booked an Uber to Publix and we did an in-person shop. In future we’ll just plan for a trip to Publix rather than battle their stupid system.

On previous trips everything was put away for us when we got into our room, but that usually isn’t until about 7pm. On our last trip we stayed offsite near the airport for the first night and arrived at OKW in the morning. Our room wasn’t ready, so we left our bags at Bell Services and headed to the parks. When we returned at about 3pm Bell Services had the order and took us plus bags plus groceries to our room on a golf buggy, and helped us up to our room.

We will be staying at SSR in 2025, and there will be 7 of us. Just want to make sure the Disney prices were close. When ordering, how do you get the 20% DVC discount? And beer/ liquor? I have to look to see if that’s on the list and prices. But it would be most convenient to go with Disney. Thanks!

Beer and liquor are way more expensive and needs to be done in person. Fruits are expensive too. We've been known to bring our own bananas though (they travel well). We mostly get makings for sandwiches, snacks, maybe some frozen waffles, breakfast stuff, milk etc and it works well for us. It won't if you want alcohol, produce or specific items.
