I like it. And while it’s not exactly two bedside tables, it’s a lot better than only one in the old rooms. We’re always bringing in the table from the deck when DH has the table-less side of the bed. He has to have a place to put his fan.
It looks like they sacrificed two dresser drawers to have a place to stow the ottomans. I’d rather skip the ottomans and keep the drawers.

Put me in the camp that is unimpressed. Definitely could be a room anywhere and while the coffee table is ok as a desk, hate that there is not a table, or corresponding additional drawers.

I just realized that the table and chairs are gone. I’m not going to like eating breakfast at the coffee table, even if it’s raised.

I have a grand villa at BWV the beginning of March. It would be nice if they're complete by then.

Definitely could be a room anywhere... The main point being that it is not anywhere, but walking distance to two parks. It's all about location. Other than that, it is just a room.

I have a grand villa at BWV the beginning of March. It would be nice if they're complete by then. I'll keep a watch out. I always assume May when they say spring but hope I'm wrong for your sake. |

BWV is looking a lot like the SSR refurb - definitely much needed. I may start stalking BWV now

BWV is looking a lot like the SSR refurb - definitely much needed. I may start stalking BWV now similar in some ways but still very different. I really enjoyed the SSR refurb but I do like the looks of BWV a hair more. While you do get more shelves at SSR, I like the options for BWV better and the colors/decoration too. Haven't found a 1 bedroom yet, but here's a video that shows old and new |

We will have a stay at BWV next October and will be able to see this then. It looks very similar to the BCV we were just in.
Going past BWV on the Skyliner one can see a large area set aside for the refurb staging; lots of old cushions in a huge dumpster.

This is just plain ridiculous! I really hope that its only because the tables are on back order.
The room looks so sterile in the pics. Not warm and inviting and exhibiting zero charm, other then the art in the tv/bed.

That's the same table in a studio in SSR. As I said my split crazy trip I was in both SSR and then PVB. I actually preferred that table to the round one at PVB. At SSR there are no stool chairs so you had to eat at the couch so this is nicer IMO. I sincerely doubt these are going to be replaced anytime soon. |

Maybe the 1 BR will be better? I’m just not feeling the love for these refurbishments. I want less “Holiday Inn Express” and more Disney! |

I do like that table design. I worked while at SSR this summer and found it really useful. The table design I do like. The overall look is, as noted by some, quite sterile. Because it's only a hotel room, I don't care as much as some (we're either on the balcony or out and about), but it is ho hum.
