A quick trip report, Nov 29 - Dec 3.
Me, DW, DGD
Grand Floridian - Studio Big PIne Key - Lagoon View. Absolutely beautiful room and amazing resort. Scored GF at 7 month - Staff truly amazing. The Ginger Bread House is a special attraction. I "rope dropped Saturday so we can get our goodies - Thats how packed it was during the day.
Jollywood - they worked out the kinks letting you in. Was really easy and at 645 they let us in. Wasnt crowded at all. Walked on every ride. Slinky was only exception - 20 minutes which is like walk on. Park is beautifully decorated. We were a bit tired from our travel day, so we only stayed till 10 30. But I dont think we would have really stayed if we werent tired. To us, its a one and done.
MVMCP- This was excellent, we went a bit after 4 00, place was jammed but the lines flowed. Tron was queueing early, around 4 45, we were called about 5:15, and there was only a short line inside- 15 minutes tops. TRON is a keeper attraction. WOW Goodies everywhere, hot chocolate, SANTA, parade, fireworks, music, shows - Christmas here is CHRISTMAS !!!!!
We did MK and EPCOT days the next 2 days- MK not really crowded, only wait was JINGLE CRUISE - about 50 minutes. Not bad. Short lines No GENIE purchased.
EPCOT - couldnt queue Guardians at 7 00, but did Lightning LAne at time we wanted - walked right on, for 15 a pop, I guess not bad. Guardians is awesome. Walked on Soaring - NO GENIE again !!
Candlelight Procession - this was truly outstanding and it was a time we will remember forever- We purchased the dine package for this and glad we did.
Restaurants- Chef Mickeys - OK
Garden Grill - love it there, always great
we did fast food other days-
HORSEBACK at TRI CIRCLE D - our DGD is a young rider since last year, so we decided to go - great time - Guides and horses were amazing- 45 minute trail ride, so beautiful. And the buses to get around Fort Wilderness were many, so no problem getting back to the main area.
All in all, our trip was a fantastic experience, we will cherish forever.
Oh the weather was 80 s and sunny
