It has been a while since I posted, but I pop on here a couple times a week to stay connected. Hope this post finds you all well. We flew home from sunny Florida yesterday just in time for this wonderful blizzard that Mother Nature decided to dump on us. Yuck.
Q: I have reached that point in my DVC life where we need more points. We are very interested in adding on at the new Poly Towers. My son and DIL just bought a resale AKV contract and they were told by member services that they will not be able to book the new towers with their resale contract. They were also told they WOULD be able to book the original Poly DVC, but not the new towers. Is this correct? They knew they would not be able to book the cabins at FW and any new DVC moving forward, but they were surprised about Poly Towers.
We were looking at resale contracts at Poly, but if we can't stay at the new towers, we would not entertain a resale contract as we need 2 bedrooms. Also interested in what your opinions are on presale price at Poly Towers.
