Coming out from the Condo Meeting, the refurbs for BLT, AKL and VGC are all pushed back to 2025.
Edit: Although the slide said 2025, the presenter said BLT would be in 2024.

Hopefully this will keep the dues down at least. The dues don’t directly correlate to refurbs. They are paid out of accumulated funds over the 7 years or so between refurbs.

Would DVC open up sales for the ne cabins and Poly at the same time? Wondering if sales for PVB will get pushed back more towards the end of 2024.

They said late 2024 for opening of the new tower, but nothing on sales. But yes, I think they would sell both at the same time time. In part because they already do that anyway with Riviera and Aulani still hanging around. Also though, the clientele for the cabins versus Polynesian are going to be very different. It's better to have different options for multiple groups. The only bad about this, is I think Riviera is still going to linger way too long in sales with these two available.
