Can someone confirm the time (at the 60-day mark) that I can make my dining reservations?
WDW says 6AM EST, but I see reports of 5:45AM EST. What has been your experience?

6 am.
Have a couple different browsers open just in case. I have also found that I have to log out and log back in if I’m logged in before 6 am in order to get my reservation to allow me to book for the entire stay.

Disney states they can load dining up to 15 minutes early hence the 5:45 but they also state it's officially 6am eastern. I've not experienced 15 mins early drops in time but other friends have.
