On our next trip, DW and I will have AP's. DD will have a two day park hopper. DW and I need park reservations; DD will not. We are all on the same room reservation.
Will I be able to get the Tron/Guardians VQ for all three of us? Same question for getting LL's.

As long as everyone is linked on MDE, then yes and yes.

Piggy-back question:
How about that same scenario for people in two different rooms? I'll be traveling with my mom who will have a four-day single-park pass in her own studio. (I have an AP and will be in my own studio.) I do manage her account in MDE. Does being in different rooms impact my ability to book us together on VQ, LL or G+? I'm thinking I should be able to do it, but have never had this situation....

So as your Mom is managed by you it will be possible to book for her.

Different rooms, different reservations, different park tickets but as long as we were all connected it all worked!

I got them a BG for Guardians and booked their first G+ while they booked ILLs.

I had friends check for me when MDE was down to make sure it wasn't just me. Went down right at 7am. Got a BG after a please wait but wanted a ILL to make sure I could go on it before leaving at 1pm (I would have made it but to be sure). That was a hot mess of a morning.

When my sister is in WDW in a few weeks I am getting her 7 AM LL's.
