We stayed a night at Riviera this past September pre-cruise and loved it. We were able to experience the pool bar and Topolino's.

Heck No to buying  That being said, we will definitely stay at least one. DH grew up in a family of avid campers and I am not. He has nostalgic memories of driving the family camper from IL to FW. Loved the experience of it all. So we will definitely stay with the kiddos for his sake. And this will be a nice compromise for me; when I get tired of the outdoors, I can head off to another resort for a cocktail  |

While we know that MagicOwners does not represent the majority, it is a telling sign when 0/45 say they are definitely buying and only 2/45 are thinking about it.

This is where we are as well. Nice that it holds 6 people, but how well will they fit? It doesn't look very big.
And since someone mentioned it, where is Riviera on their sales, have they sold out yet?

Riviera is 60% sold.....its been a slow burn selling those Riviera points. Once Poly Tower sales start, Riviera sales are going to come to a crawl. |

This is where we are as well. Nice that it holds 6 people, but how well will they fit? Us too. Thinking that CFW is more of an overflow valve for DVC than a sales driver. Hopefully it will make booking other resorts easier. As for fit, for us it would probably be the 4 kids in the bedroom and us on the pulldown in the living room. Not sure it would be super awesome for multiple couples though. |

Agree not buying for many reasons. Maybe conducive for families with younger children who want to sleep in the same room. Otherwise for us with children 18-28 would mostly be sleeping for 4....my DH would try it for just us perhaps for a few nights.
