I just started the process tonight on a Riviera contract.
RIV 275 (Oct) 47/2022 141/2023 275/2024 $115 pp
Buyer pays closing and prorated dues on the 2023 points.

NIce price. Congratulations! I think it should pass:) We are also keeping an eye out for resale RIV if it drops under 100. The resort is beautiful!

Good Luck with your hunt.....a sub-$100 Riviera contract will be tough to come by, at least for now.

But if the market gets flooded, they will have to submit the low ones. Just saw a Riviera contract listed for $119 per point. Maybe the resale market is finally softening some? Let's see if a trend forms or if this is just an outlier. |

I think the resale market is starting to soften and we will see more prices coming down.

All the talk on a couple other threads about extensions or not, I suddenly thought to go look at OKW listings. I was surprised to see large amounts of listings, with a good portion in that under-$100 range.

I'm jealous - our resale RIV 100pt was $130 (but had 2 yrs of unused so probably close to a wash) |
