Thanks, guys! Hopefully they are busy ROFRing Poly and OKW. You mean just OKW - I don't want to lose a 2nd PVB in a month.

Just past ROFR for a PVB Oct 100 pt contract at $180.00 / pt after being submitted for ROFR on May 5th. After surviving the initial bidding war because I was the first to respond, I thought for sure they would take this contract back once I saw resales prices pass $200/pt.

Can you give all the details and I'll add you in! I am hopeful about my contract. My biggest worry now hopefully is me leaving on vacation and unable to send a wire or cashiers check from Florida. I submitted 4 days after you. I think prices jumped for resale because. They were consistently taking $150-160 (including mine).

Unless taken again. Then I won't care. I am hopeful with the post above that mine might make it! But I will be away from access to my bank for payment while I'm on vacation. Kind of crappy honestly to worry about.

I submitted 4 days after you. I think prices jumped for resale because. They were consistently taking $150-160 (including mine). Contract was listed on 4/30 for $185/pt. Now this was just prior the latest news about the island tower. At the time I thought 185 was high so offered 170. Was told there was another offer that pushed the bid to 180. At that point, they said since I submitted my offer first, I was allowed to match the 180. The owner then accepted at 180. Then on May 5th the contract was submitted for RofR and was waived on 5/22. Contract was listed via DVC Resale Market who have been great. This is the second time using them after selling a 60-point BLT contract a year ago.

Congrats!!!!
Enjoy your new points!
Thanks, this gets us to 200 PVB pts. Expecting high point charts so probably will need some more. Will see what they offer when sales open, otherwise will wait until the resale settles back down some.

Well....If you are looking to book a 2-bedroom for a week in June, you will probably need about 250 more points per year.
