Looks good. We will need to check it out. I can get Landry's GC too as rewards from our CC. I typically get Rainforest Cafe and we sit at bar there at AK. Easy for 2 of us to go sit at that bar by walking up. And we discovered domestic draughts at RC are like $1.75 cheaper there as opposed to inside the park. And we can get salads. But I will get basic Landry's GC next time and use can use at either RC or Saltgrass. Thanks for the suggestion. We also get Darden GC often and want to try Yard House. We recently tried happy hour at Long Horn and were not super wowed. Was very busy with slow service (think we only got 1 drink before HH timed out) and was still pricey even with whatever happy hour they had. But their stuffed mushroom caps app was really yummy. We have a Seasons 52 in MD by our apartment (can walk to it) and it has a nice happy hour. Kinda similar to Long Horn, though, in that it's still pricey.

I wondered about D3! Great reviews. I feel similarly about Space 220. The screens got old after a while too. Not really active enough. Got loud quick. Never mind issues I had ordering with an allergy that chef told the server to make me repeatedly pick until I found something. He agreed to omit items but refused to alter or replace. Made it difficult since my allergen popped up in normally safe foods Agreed, Space 220 was a one-and-done for me as well. Will not be going back unless they make some big changes. The large wall was really low quality, unfortunately. Considering Disney is supposedly on the leading edge of projection technology, the Earth mural is severely substandard -- and yes, that's what it is, just a mural. The clouds don't move, the starfield doesn't move, it's just a...painting of earth. Yes I know there are some video-game-like low quality ships and astronauts floating around that are superimposed onto it though. But really, the whole thing could and should have been done SO MUCH BETTER.
The other change they'll need to make for me is to ditch the prix fixe thing.
Lots of potential, that place, they're just not living up to it.

So our golf club restaurant, Kenzie's, stopped happy hour when Hilton took over the resort in like Dec. We weren't aware and, apparently, didn't look too closely at our receipts. LOL. But found out about a week or so ago. We won't be going as often now. LOL. The food is pricey and kinda blah so not really worth it. Maybe for convenience. We recently tried Bonefish happy hour. Not bad. Great part is getting seafood and veges meals on the low carb diet. DH had off half day on St Paddy's so we decided to drive 20 mins to a place called Beef O'Brady's. They have happy hour Mon-Fri from 2-6pm. It's $2.50 domestic pints and discounted wine. Actually the pic below might be old and it maybe was $3 pints and the fish and chips may have been $10.99 on that day as well as the burger Monday may be $8.99...maybe. Can't recall but it's close. I went to DS last week and ate at The Polite Pig for the 1st time. Got the pulled pork sammie and tossed out the bun. It's very good. Not real cheap though. Got an iced tea and got 10% discount (AP/DVC) and it still came to like $22 before tip. The sammie and side was $18 before tax and before discount. They have a bar too. DH will have to try sometime. We'll be at DS on Sunday so maybe... Noticed that the Hole in The Wall at Raglan has happy hour until 5pm Mon-Fri $5 domestic beers and well drinks. Last night we went to Epcot to see Blue Oyster Cult. Because of old blind doggo we can only be away from home for 3.5 hours (or we come home to nasty mess). I booked a resie on Open Table for Big River. I wanted to see show and then eat there. We tried the F&G booths a couple weeks ago and the items are all pretty tough to do on our diet. There was a couple things here and there but then maybe not convenient to where we are and maybe too long a line. I didn't want to mess with it. But DH did plus we were hungry and bored way early (well before show and dinner resie) so we just went over at 4pm and ate at some booths and then watched 5:30 show. Canceled the dinner resie. I chose the Trowell and Trellis booth for the Impossible items. I love the Impossible stuff. Well one ended up being fried spring roll like things. I didn't pay attention and ordered. DH got almost all of that. The other item had rice. But I like rice better than fried dough as a carb so I ate most of that and it was soooo good. Totally recommend. I also got a corn at FL Fresh booth. All 3 items also get me stamps for the free snack thing (which is like dole whip or some sort of ice creamy thing that isn't on my diet so why am I bothering??). DH also got the honey bistro flatbread and I also had a few bites. Ugghh. It was really yummo. But not on the diet. Wish I took a picture. Our first stop, as always basically, was Rose and Crown. I got a gin and soda water with lime....found out a double is just $3 more. Awesome. I know what I'll get every time we go there. Going there Saturday!

For what it's worth I've found the Beef O' Brady's food to be quite good, especially for a chain. Quite a large menu selection as well.

We have been there twice. It was good and we loved the atmosphere. But it is pricey. It will not be a regular.

Beef O'Brady's was good. Very affordable too. And laid back place, come as you are. lovindisney did you mean Space 220? If so, I agree. Not a regular. Was neat to do but too pricey to make it a regular thing. This week we went to a place called Bosphorus Turkish cuisine in Winter Garden (Lake Hamlin area). They have a half off drinks happy hour until 6pm (think 3-6pm). We got a ginger something mule. Forgot that I hate ginger. It was strong ginger taste too. So I then ordered a blueberry mojito. I prefer gin to vodka, wish the mule was blueberry and not ginger. I did drink both but it took me the whole time to finish the mule. The bartender (we sat at bar) questioned who was driving and seemed hesitant to overserve or something. So DH had a mule and then a beer. We got bread and 2 dips per DH's insistence. I tasted but didn't chow down. I took small piece of bread and loaded with the dip. It was good. I got stuffed cabbage for my entre. It was good though the cabbage was cooked too much and was very mushy and basically dissolved as I ate it. DH got a lamb platter thing with rice, lamb meat, huge pile of raw carrot strings and beet strings and onions. No sauce or bread. Seemed very dry. I love beets and tried some but they were hard bits. We still have a take away container full of veges in the fridge. The lamb was good. Now here is where it really went off the rails for me. I started to feel bad. Just bloated and stomach pains into chest. But we left there and went next door to Ford's Garage for a beer. Wanted to see how this Ford's was in comparison to the one near us. Just checking out the area there. It is really nice. Seems like all residents (not vacationers) and is kind of quiet yet has all kinds of stuff. So we sat at bar and got a beer. We were past happy hour but I took pic of their deal to post here. Bartender mentioned another place nearby (bar) that will only serve you a drink at a time so we gather it's a thing in this part of town. I started feeling worse and worse so I hurried DH and we went home. At home I took a pepcid and felt much better. Guessing the tomato sauce (and maybe alcohol) gave me reflux. I have been having more trouble with that lately. Frustrating, I have high BP, cholesterol and sugar plus reflux. Can't eat anything. Depressing. Mule stuffed cabbage Happy Hour at Ford's Garage
We go to WDW this weekend with our friends who have condo in Celebration. They fly in Fri for a few days so we are doing Epcot Sat to see Berlin concert. I booked Rose and Crown dining package but we may cancel. Will play it by ear. Dog is going to vet instead of BF kennel. He went to BF the past 2 times and came home bleeding both times...front paw and then back paw. The 2nd time wiped him out for a week. He wouldn't walk and we had to carry him to everything (food bowl, outside to potty which he'd barely want to do). Both times a toenail eventually fell off. Not sure what they were doing there. Not had that anywhere else, ever. He does have long nails because A) he is almost 17 and blind and not cooperative for grooming anymore and B) he has black nails that you can't see the quick. I have paid the vets to clip multiple times in the past couple years and they barely clip. They say they can't tell where the quick is. He was doing fine with the long nails. He barely gets around and moves slowly at his age and being blind. So he was just plodding along with the long nails and unruly fur (can't give him haircuts anymore either). I suspect some do-gooder at the kennel tried to clip his nail and he probably went nuts and they half clipped it too short into quick. The 2nd time, we picked him up and he had bandage all around the paw and they said he lost nail in the yard and they couldn't find it and they suggested we take him to vet for a sedation grooming (um, he is 17...mmm'kay). When we took the bandage off, next day, I quickly felt and he had all nails. But he would not let me inspect them good. He'd growl and nip if I tried touching. But he bled all over my house. I just knew it was his nail but DH thought they made him tear an ACL by the way he was acting and we started to discuss it being time to take him to vet for his last visit. But then, the nail fell off and he was back to normal (well, normal for him at almost 17). So, long story short, we are done with BF. DONE! The vet will look after him better but they are not convenient to WDW (different direction) and they are closed on Sundays so when we do Sat night we can't pick up until Mon. This prompted us to go ahead and book 2 nights at DVC this weekend. So BWV for Sat night and then SSR for Sun night.

Haven't posted in a good bit. We have done a couple places lately. Easter day we did Tusker House for the 1st time ever. It was very very good. Cannot wait to go back. Even with having characters.
We went to Joe's Crabshack recently. Sat at the bar and shared a platter. It is pricey there for chain food. But it was a big platter so sharing worked just fine. We just joined Landrys club so I had the welcome voucher to use too. We like Raonforest Cafe, sitting at bar. The drought beer there is not crazy pricey and we can get nice salads. We also love Y&Y. I went to AK last week and sat at bar for solo lunch. Mmmm.
We went to Big River not long ago. It was not great. Oh well. It was convenient and not busy but not in a hurry to return. They need an overhaul. Menu and restaurant decor.
Not sure I posted this already somewhere in this thread but we have been to a Korean BBQ/hot pot buffet place called Volcano. We have been 2 or 3 times and we LOVE it. You get the stuff you want off buffets and it makes it easier. We went to a place in MD where you order all the stuff and they bring plates of it. It's more complicated. I need to see and put right portion (not too much).
We sat at Crew's Cup one day and had food and drinks. Was pretty good but another lady sitting there was a total wanker to the bartender. It was awful to witness. She complained about everything imaginable. Awful.
Tomorrow night we go to Rosa Mexicana. So I will post a review with pics. And add pics to above things mentioned, whatever I have.

Just marking down my list of Disney table service dining I have not been to. And marking the ones we want to try most with *. Marking the ones we likely will never try with ×. ×Garden Grove TIL that WDW has both a "Garden Grove" and a "Garden Grill" restaurant.
Not confusing at all, is it. 🤦♀️

I know. We have been to Garden Grill but not the Grove one. DH has tried to get us to go since the price was lower than other buffets (not sure it still is). But it just doesn't look all that spectacular to me.

Wanted to say a word with a B. But not sure that flies here. Did on the MO. This gal was so jaw dropping terrible. Poor bartender. We left a pretty nice tip as we were pleased with our food and service. We love the lounges.
Also forgot to mention we went to Terralina too for 1st time. I don't think I mentioned it up thread, anyway. It was meh. Prob won't rush back. But got to cross it off my list.
