Oh now this sounds like my kind of fun!
1. Signature restaurant: Toppolinos. We went in 2021 to celebrate being back in parks and we all had amazingly prepared dishes -- filet mignon, veal, I had a steak that I no longer see on menu, and the hubs had this Fred Flintstone tomahawk, boy did we all giggle. Service wasn't all that great, but we gave that a pass since is was so new to re-opening. The kitchen sent out apps and mains at same time, which really made me cranky as table size for 4 people couldn't support every item on its on plate, but again, a pass because of just reopening. But overall, a signature status we can get behind.
2. Table service restaurant: Boathouse for the seared ahi tuna or Brown Derby cobb salad. These are musts for every week long trip we take and honestly, I don't know what else is on the menus because I only get these items.
3. Quick service restaurant: Casey Corner corn dog nuggets! I grew up going to Disneyland's Little Red Wagon corn dogs and these are a close copycat, well at least I have convinced myself they are!
4. Snack location: I typically don't snack as I'll lean towards a cocktail first, but I do have a weak spot for the Karamell-Kuche dark chocolate salted caramel and cannot seem to skip this at least once a trip! But if any Epcot festival is going on, I will most likely Snack My Way Around the World FOR SURE.
5. Bar or lounge: Nomad lounge, outdoor seating is by far the definition of being on vacation! Sit all the way towards the back, facing the little river and you can easily escape reality.
We too love Boma, either Breakfast or Dinner, this is our home resort and so many good memories and meals here; and Biergarten for dinner only (thats when they would have the Sauerbraten!) but since Covid, much to our disappointment, we really just cannot get into buffets anymore and we are hoping we can get over ourselves one day and go back!

1. Signature restaurant--all time, Flying Fish; currently Tiffins, and if Jaleo is "signature" then Jaleo, too. 2. Table service restaurant--Skipper Canteen 3. Quick service restaurant--Satuli Canteen 4. Snack location--I don't snack a lot, but in the summer months, any stand that has frozen Olaf bars 5. Bar or lounge--HBD lounge for lunch and a margarita flight; Belle Vue at night for drinks.

I asked my wife and she actually said the same answers as me! Trail's End, Cosmic Ray's, Adventureland spring roll cart.
She didn't have an answer for bar or lounge, though, that's not her thing - although the time we sat at the Turtle Pond quiet pool at OKW and played Scrabble in the rain at a table under an umbrella while the island music played and more than one bottle of margarita got poured...does that count as a lounge?

Early days yet, Brian. The signature fans will start sharing their favorites. Patience, grasshopper! š I like to start threads that everyone can relate to, so that more people feel comfortable responding. Canāt go wrong with a food thread! Patience? I believe in no such thing.

Early days yet, Brian. The signature fans will start sharing their favorites. Patience, grasshopper! š I like to start threads that everyone can relate to, so that more people feel comfortable responding. Canāt go wrong with a food thread! Patience? I believe in no such thing. Favorite signature restaurants from the last year (including those in Disney Springs that may not be labeled as signature) in no particular order: Topolino's Jaleo Tiffin's California Grill Citrico's Flying Fish Morimoto Jaleo is probably #1 on the list right now. We love the small plates, drinks are great, service has been excellent. Tip--download the InKind app and look for bonus offers, where you pay x and they give you x plus bonus dollars. Morimoto has been good but inconsistent. The sushi is great, cooked food hit or miss. Tiffin's--not a fan of going to a park dressed for a nice dinner, but Tiffin's is worth it. California Grill--ate here in mid November; hadn't been there in about ten years; really great meal. Citrico's--like the new menu Flying Fish--we've eaten here more than any WDW restaurant; I really, really, really wish they'd change the menu seasonally.

I'm coloring outside the lines here, but our favorite places are: Geyser Point Tambu Lounge Nomad Lounge Abracadabar TOTWL (okay, we like lounges, so sue me, haha) Olivias (though not anymore, they significantly downgraded their menu and it's pretty disappointing now) Cali Grill Steakhouse 71
We also have a "tradition" that every time we go to Epcot, we have to get Poutine at Refreshment Port as well as carmel popcorn at the Werthers shop in Germany.

1. We don't do signature restaurants so we don't have anything for that. 2. We like to do the buffets. My son has a big appetite so allowing him to graze and eat as much as he can is great. 3. We did Columbia Harbor House on our last visit and really enjoyed it. I liked the fried fish sandwich. I also liked the upstairs seating section because it was quite, a great place to relax and decompress for a little bit before heading back out into the craziness. 4. Dole whip floats, with the fruit and waffle sandwich a close second. 5. Don't do bars and lounges.

Signature: California Grill has it all, also Jiko and Citricos for great food Table Service: Sanaa Quick Service: Ramen place in Japan pavilion, Yorkshire Fish Shop Snacks: (wife's favorites) Caramel apple up front in MK, shaved ice in Japan pavilion Bar/Lounge: not really for us, but we enjoyed Nomad Lounge and the one at Wilderness Lodge
Honorable mention: didn't love the atmosphere, but the ribs at Morimoto were a-m-a-z-i-n-g.

Iām in!! Signature: Tiffins and California Grill Table Service: 50ās Prime Time Cafe Quick Service: Depends on my mood. I can find something at just about every one. I can only think of one ānever againā. Snack Location: Backlot Express for a Wookie Cookie Bar or Lounge: Space 220 1. Signature restaurant : Flying Fish, Hollywood Brown Derby 4. Snack location : Spring roll cart at Magic Kingdom Iāve had a grudge with Brown Derby since they served me the best pork Iāve ever had on a bed of grits š¤® and wouldnāt let me substitute. I keep saying I want to try it again and just think āgritsā. Where is the spring roll cart? Iāve heard a lot about it but donāt know where it is and forget to look for it every trip.

We are really going to have to try Topolinos, everyone has it high on their lists. It had a pretty small menu last time I looked. Should be a full menu now. The spring roll cart was unattended last time we were there
