This is the other message I get when I try to check out. If it doesn't give me a gateway error it tells me this.
All right who didn't expect this to happen? Disney IT sucks!!!!!

I thought for Disneyland annual pass sales they had a virtual queue or something like that. Makes so much more sense than allowing the traffic to crash the server repeatedly.

Passholders phone line has almost 3 hour wait time!!
Maybe tomorrow we will be able to purchase our annual passes!!

I am going to wait on hold and keep trying online periodically as well. Hopefully, it is not already sold out. The message on the phone says at this time, the DVC Sorcerer Pass is NOT available.

I'm not getting 500 timeout errors anymore- it just shows woody for a while, and goes back to cart. not sure if that is an improvement or not.
number in cart and the passholder line both say all circuits are busy now

saw on reddit that someone got through but was told they were aware of problem and to just keep trying or call dvc at 9

saw on reddit that someone got through but was told they were aware of problem and to just keep trying or call dvc at 9 I thought I read that all DVC would do was verify you are eligible to purchase then transfer to passholder line to actually purchase. My daughter just called me and said she was holding for passholder line and recording announced that the Sorcerer pass was not available for DVC members to purchase. I tried to call and hear recording myself, but “all circuits are busy now”. None of this surprises me; disappoints me, but doesn’t surprise me. Just hope that we will eventually be able to pay Disney $1000 each to be able to buy our APs. |
