I got to next step to add people to the passes. but it froze after adding my wife. scared that refreshing will kick me back out

perhaps there are either less people, or sit is getting a bit better. It's starting to load the next page to put in people and credit cards more often. but then fails to white screen.

I'm still getting the 7 dwarves. Had earlier had passes in the cart, but couldn't get through check out. very frustrating.

haven't heard of anyone getting in, but I just made it through putting in people's names and credit card and clicking purchase. but Woody is now taunting me with that ball.

I was reading on another board that somebody called and they were able to buy a pass or that was about an hour ago but 7:00 a.m. but everybody else is reporting that the system is just crashing
I tried about a dozen times. Then in emptied my cart I log me out. When I tried to reload my cart now the whole annual pass screen screws up and it doesn't even display right. I would say Disney IT is doing what they usually do. Totally screwing things up.
That said I will be very surprised if the passes sell out today. I don't think they'll sell out all week. But I feel very sorry for anyone trying to get an annual pass on 4/20. Is it can handle a potential 300,000 customer demand there's no way in the hell they're going to be able to manage five times that amount.

It always amazes me how Disney operates. They set up a system that forces everyone to try something at the same time (buying AP today, buying G+ every day, reserving LL every day, etc.). And they never have enough bandwidth/cpu power, whatever it is...they can never handle the load. It's like they can't learn from experience.

I just was able to purchase after trying since 6am! A lot of refreshing and error messages though! I just left the tickets in my cart and kept trying. Good luck to everyone; just keep swimming

Online it shows Incredi-Pass not available til 4/20; only Sorcerer's Passes available today. So, the wait continues...good luck to all those looking for Sorcerer's Passes!

As long as we have 700 points I have to assume we will be on property each year for more than 10 days at a minimum. That means the AP are worth the investment. Even If we decide to get bigger rooms and borrow and bank, those would be over 10 days so the AP becomes part of the expense equation. Unless...
The only way I could think not would be if we banked/borrowed and used 3 years worth of points for two long stays in the same 12 month period then take a full year off. If we did that, it is possible we could do a 2 out of 3 years purchase of an AP. And I suppose that is a possibility with my desire to have extended visits to Europe.

saw on reddit that someone got through but was told they were aware of problem and to just keep trying or call dvc at 9 I thought I read that all DVC would do was verify you are eligible to purchase then transfer to passholder line to actually purchase. My daughter just called me and said she was holding for passholder line and recording announced that the Sorcerer pass was not available for DVC members to purchase. I tried to call and hear recording myself, but “all circuits are busy now”. None of this surprises me; disappoints me, but doesn’t surprise me. Just hope that we will eventually be able to pay Disney $1000 each to be able to buy our APs. I found out last week they do not send you to AP. I didn't get a receipt so I contacted AP and they said they aren't doing DVC and to contact them. Contacted DVC who said yes, they processed tickets but for renewals they don't send receipts. Sounds like honestly there is a special ticketing group within DVC now. Calling the AP line is hit or miss. Just closed out a FB post because the lucky to get AP line to do it were inadvertently making those who were turned away more upset.

Finally got the purchase completed. Did it with the passes that had been in my shopping cart since 6am.
