Well...it says quick reply, so I'm giving it a shot. Found y'all with the help of a global administrator (which sounds pretty fancy). I decided to just go with a version of my name this time, rather than continuing the "granddaddy" moniker. Oh. And I see I'm demoted back to "waiting for ROFR." Happy to see you found it Jerry! welcome!

Finally a day with above freezing temperatures today, and it should last all week. But I swear today was twice as long as normal Mondays. I’m with Brian, bah humbug. And I have a resident’s association finance meeting tonight too.😔 Always glad to have company in the bah humbugs... Trying to post a picture…. It worked!

Copy that link, then paste it into the thread. You can also click on the little picture of a notebook or paper or whatever that is on the right, it is basically a "copy to clipboard" button.

Last time I put a picture up, I was playing with the size of the image. I naturally default to higher-res stuff but then the pictures are huge when posted on the site. And we don't always need that...So I ended up resizing them here locally to like the 800x600 res and then uploaded. the Postimage site has a thing to resize images, I guess I always have it "off" so I don't know, I assume it knocks them down in size but I just did it myself. The colors on that cupcake picture are fabulous

My vision is quite poor. As long as it doesn't distort the image or is so large to require scrolling, larger pictures always preferred.

If you have a single, small (less than 1 MB) image, you can also use the "add attachment" button in the upper-right hand corner. It will be hosted by this site, so its longevity may be shorter than when using a 3rd party site.
The third party site is a better, more reliable, more flexible option, but just wanted to let you know this is there as well if you need it!

That's the other one I use. Though I tend to go to imgur first.

The weather keeps saying possible snow for us but so far 3 days of rain. So glad to be retired. Really disliked going to work in the rain - mostly because of the dreary cloud cover but the parking lot being a quarter mile from the entrance didn't help. LOL I recently retired myself. We did get snow here in southern PA. But as fast as it came, it is melting. First time I didn’t have to deal with the traffic and stupidity on the road! Looking through my emails, I saw a subject line, "Become an Annual Pass Holder today!" and I almost jumped out of my skin! Looked at the sender and it was a place that gives online woodworking classes. lol
