Could this be the start of moderate Disney Vacation Club? You might be on to something. On FB sites, all I am reading about how people love the moderate resorts (especially Port Orleans) and want them all to go DVC……  |

They will have to establish amenities for the cabins as a stand alone resort. BRV/CCV/WL cannot support all of those "other people."  And transportation at Ft Wilderness is a shit show, so they will need their own busses, or hovercraft, or something. |

And transportation at Ft Wilderness is a shit show, so they will need their own busses, or hovercraft, or something. They wouldn't have access to the pools anyway. They have their own transportation but it sucks bad. The best transportation is to MK and that will be a good 1-1.5 mile walk. Lordy this will suck. I hope it's its own moderate DVC |

Based on the map, maybe they could connect a couple of the creeks, and have Lewis and Clark paddle people to the boats in canoes...

I find this to be bewildering. How are they expecting to sell all of those points? They already are trying to sell points at Aulani, Riviera, and Grand Floridian, the new Disneyland Tower will start selling soon, and the new Poly tower will be next year.

This was taken directly off of the website announcement;
“Assuming the project is completed, this will be the 17th Disney Vacation Club Resort,”
This tells me it will be a separate DVC and not rolled into CCV or BRV. Agree?

Wanna bet they price them the same as a Poly bungalow, SSR treehouse villa or Boulder Ridge cabin? More than a 2bedroom but a little less than a Grand Villa?
I'm just sorry for the community at Fort Wilderness. Those are regulars who bring their campers down and plan their own festivities for the holidays.
