DVC Condo Association Notices with the predicted dues are being mailed out this year before being posted online for some reason.
Some people have already received them. Check your mail next week if you haven’t got yours yet. Meanwhile here are the dues I’ve seen posted so far. Feel free to post your resort and I’ll update the list.
Aulani: 9.76 up from 9.14 AKL: 9.08 up from 8.80 BCV: 8.63 up from 8.17 BLT: 7.59 up from 7.43 HHI: 11.31 up from 10.73

For me I think it seals me dumping OKW next year at some point. We'll likely cut down to 1 trip a year anyway so dump OKW and pick up something else. Maybe drop total points by 100 or so.

When purchasing, we had the choice of BLT or AKV for the same price per point. Although we absolutely love AKV, we went with BLT because of the lower maintenance fees. Glad I went that route.

We love Poly but every year when I see this chart I wonder if we should have bought BLT instead.

It wasn't THAT long ago when I bought my OKW, almost 10 years, but my, things have changed. OKW = the highest MFs of all the on-property resorts!
That, of course, is only because it is the most desirable.

I will say I am happy. we own at 4 resorts and the average increase of the 4 is 3.36%

I’ll take that 2% increase. And a credit coming for overpayment of 2023 dues to boot! Merry Christmas to me…LOL.

Boardwalk at 1.64% is quite nice. Beach Club, OTOH...
Our point-weighted average between the two is 3.38%.
