No mention of cost? Is this a free thing?
I thought somebody not too terribly long ago was talking about it. I don't know how to post links to threads like I've seen others do, but I found it by searching. Tom used it in October and it seemed like he had success.

This has been around for a couple of years now. I might edit your post to remove your email if you really don't want that public. However I have heard great things with this, and they have been quite helpful especially for larger groups. No cost. Just give it a try!

The email, nor Friday's phone call, referred to cost. Then again, I didn't ask. I would think if there was a charge it would be mentioned, but I could be wrong. Anyway, I'm sending off my email today to ask for 2 ADRs. Now I am wondering about cancellations (which we do quite a lot for ADR's). The email and the CM I spoke to Friday said that we could contact them even while on the vacation. We were thinking about the Splittsville DVC member night but DH so hates to lock himself into anything.
Truthfully, the only certainty I am trying to establish is a Treehouse close to the Grandstand with a water view. LOL. Now, I'm wondering if I should even bother.

Yes, Tom wrote here about their success using it in December.
Well worth giving it a try even for something you only slightly care about.

Bummer, I had a BLT GV Christmas trip for a week for 11 people back in 2022 and something like this would have been *really* helpful. I wonder what triggers the offer?

Seems larger room types with many guests. Often GVs or something with 8 or 9 or more guests from what I've seen. Not always though. |

Has anyone used this service successfully? Yes, we did for our Christmas/NYE trip. Highly recommend it.....They did a fantastic job, maybe even better than Club 33 did for in planning our trip. |

They are very responsive and work to get your reservation, even if they fail on day one of the booking window. |

I'm looking forward to hearing how it works out for you as I'm hoping we get a similar email for our June trip with 11 of us. Any help trying to snag the few ADRs we'll likely want for the entire group (probably split ADRs with close times but all at once would be amazing) and helping w/ any extras anyone decides they want to do would be great. For anyone who's taken advantage of the service, do they help with booking in-park experiences too outside of tours, like droid or lightsaber building? I'm likely focusing too much on the wording used but it's not clear if "dining, recreation, and tours" covers "experiences" like those found under the Enchanting Extras Collection. I knew this topic had been discussed previously and found the thread started by tomandrobin last October: magicowners.com/thread/814/pilot-program-new-dvc-perkThe wording used in the email sent in October is fairly different than what bakerworld received in February so I'm wondering if there have been changes to the services they offer. (Edited to clarify park experiences beyond tours, in case it makes a difference.) |

Yes, they help in booking other stuff besides dining. For out December trip they booked us a pontoon fireworks cruise, which the Club could not get. They also booked for us a behind the scenes Elephant tour at AK. |

This service makes complete sense for larger parties in grand villas. These larger groups are the hardest to plan and are likely to spend big $$$. These folks are using lots of cash or points to stay in a 3-bedroom and are also likely to spend more than the average guest. Disney needs these groups to have a great time so they keep coming back.
