I like what I’ve seen, both pictures and video. Definitely will be the site of some future stays, plus easily walkable to my Grand Floridian lobby as well. I’ve been accused of being bland. Indeed, I’ve also liked all the recent resort refurbishments. Is there a correlation there? I don’t give a shit. Ha ha ha I love that Brian is geniune  Hi Karl! Damn right I am. The answer is yes and no....the Penthouse living/dining rooms are larger, the dining room table seats eight. There was a rendering posted on the Disney website.

I am a very regular 2 bedroom dweller. These remind me more of the Riviera or CCV layout. I believe these are renderings too that came from Disney's main site. The video of the demo room looked wider to me. I don't like long shots for that reason - they look distorted.

This looks very spacious, not at all like the standard 2 bedroom. I'm not really a fan of the TV in the middle of the room, though. I guess it's hard to have the murphy bed in the middle of the room, though |

Very similar to the 2 bed layout at Disneyland Hotel Villas. Those are not quite the same I think - they have shorter bedroom areas vs ones like at Riviera where they are all the same length. Per floor plans there doesn't seem to be as much difference in length of rooms outside of the tower rooms. I think they might feel a bit smaller than Riviera due to an extra bathroom, but maybe somewhere between the two? |

If I ever book that two bedroom penthouse for a night (points miser), I'll be spending all my time on the balcony.
Maybe the dining room table for dinner if room service has resumed for the poly feast.
But otherwise, waking time would be outside for the view!

If I ever book that two bedroom penthouse for a night (points miser), I'll be spending all my time on the balcony. Maybe the dining room table for dinner if room service has resumed for the poly feast. But otherwise, waking time would be outside for the view! I would absolutely agree with that! I don't know that we'll do penthouse, but I do plan to have a theme park view there at some point. We'll be outside a lot. |
