Just found out day that we passed ROFR.
Now on to waiting for the closing documents from the title company.

Congrats!!! Great time to buy! Apparently the ROFR monster has been told to sleep - anything you can get accepted by a seller is sailing thru right now!

Just passed on 160 points at $99 per point at SSR. Sent 3/25 passed 4/11.

We will print, sign and transfer money tomorrow.
