Just passed ROFR on the sale of a 35 OKW(57) @ $128. Awaiting ROFR on the sale of: - 70 SSR @$126.50
- 70 SSR @$128
- 70 SSR @$130
Nice price for small contract! Especially being an extended one! Dang, we have 200 OKW 2057 points and really don't need more points right now since we're new members and just figuring out how and when we'll use what we have...plus we have other big purchases to save for...but that makes me want to look.  Must resist... |

Just found out day that we passed ROFR. Now on to waiting for the closing documents from the title company. I will update as we go forward. Congrats Tom! Wow!! |

Got 2 more 35pt contracts for OKW(57) to sell. Then, 3 AKV and I am completely out. Out of curiosity, what has been the average timeframe from listing to settlement? Originally posted them in November with all 2021 banked. When then had no bites by January and my DD kept bugging me to go to Aulani, I used up the 2021 points for May. Finally started getting bids over the last month. Had 9 contracts and 4 are gone. |

Finally received an email from the closing company letting us no that the contract is officially closed. Now, its just a matter of DVC getting us into the system.
Apparently, there was a delay from the seller on sending their share of the closing costs. I was hoping to have the points ready to use, but oh well. All in all, this has been a quick and easy transaction....one of the best transactions I have ever had on a resale.

So far for the six we have sold, ROFR has taken only 2 to 3 weeks. Been real surprised at how quick they have been.

Congrats! I myself have put SSR for sale sometime back and only at 105 per point and never got an offer. I will admit it was on one of the DVC facebook.

ROFR update. I offered $90 per point on a 232 pt SSR contract (Feb UY) and it was accepted 7/17. Went to ROFR 7/19 and passed on 7/24. Whiplash fast!!!!
