ROFR update. I offered $90 per point on a 232 pt SSR contract (Feb UY) and it was accepted 7/17. Went to ROFR 7/19 and passed on 7/24. Whiplash fast!!!! Congratulations! Nice price |

You got a great price! It is hard to decide when to take that leap. How long to do you wait. You're gambling on what you think the prices are going to do. When DVC uses ROFR, it helps prop up resales and that it turn helps prop up new sales.
Back in 2009, when Disney stopped all ROFR activity, the floor fell out of the DVC resale market. It took many years for the market to recover.

Well.... after learning that the monster has awakened after many months of hibernation, I am not as hopeful as I initially was about DVC waiving my ROFR. We shall see...

I will report back when I learn the outcome...
