Well.... after learning that the monster has awakened after many months of hibernation, I am not as hopeful as I initially was about DVC waiving my ROFR. We shall see... disneyyes: VGF 100 (Feb UY); 21/2023 , 100/2024, 100/2025 $134 pp sent 8/2/23 (2023 dues on the remaining 21 points paid by seller.) I will report back when I learn the outcome... I used Fedelity. I made the offer in the late afternoon, sent deposit and all parties signed off within 2 hours - never happened that fast for me. Today, I was told it had been submitted to Disney for ROFR.
Contract submitted for ROFR
$105 cash for Animal Kingdom for 110 points December use year
110 points for '23 '24 ......

Friend of mine saw one of his elderly patients today. She said she tried to call him Friday and Saturday because she wanted to sell her 380 SSR points on a few different contracts. She couldn't get a hold of him so she called dvc who gave her a resellers name. She called and sold her points at $65 a point just wanting to get what she spent back.

Probably not. When I sold my last SSR, Disney picked it up. And it was not for $65. I’m sure they will grab it.
