I just got through on the phone and it tells me that new sorcerer passes are not available for sale, only renewals. I still get the dwarves when I try to buy online. I had the passes in the cart at home, but I had to leave for work.

My husband and I have credits for unused passes so I have to call in to the Passholder Helpdesk. When I finally got through (as opposed to the all circuits are busy recording), it told me the estimated wait time was 120 minutes! Ugh! I have a feeling someone is going to answer right about the same time as a meeting that I can't skip.

I was reading on another board that somebody called and they were able to buy a pass or that was about an hour ago but 7:00 a.m. but everybody else is reporting that the system is just crashing I tried about a dozen times. Then in emptied my cart I log me out. When I tried to reload my cart now the whole annual pass screen screws up and it doesn't even display right. I would say Disney IT is doing what they usually do. Totally screwing things up. That said I will be very surprised if the passes sell out today. I don't think they'll sell out all week. But I feel very sorry for anyone trying to get an annual pass on 4/20. Is it can handle a potential 300,000 customer demand there's no way in the hell they're going to be able to manage five times that amount. When I called at 7 they told me to call Member services back at 9

I'm now getting a screen saying I'm in the queue. But the approximate wait time just says recalculating.

I just tried again online, and instead of the dwarves (which I've seen for the last 1/2 hour), I get a message saying I'm in the queue.

I got through to MS exactly at 9; hit whatever numbers the recording said to hit, sounds like I'm transferred to WDW ticketing; listened to a few minutes of music, then recording said "due to heavy call volume, your estimated wait time is over two hours."

Yep they just swapped to VQ now that some sales have gone through. Stupid Disney IT
